By using this website and booking a consultation with Apiterapia Monterrey, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before requesting our services.

1. Acceptance of terms

Using this site and requesting an appointment implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use our services.

2. Service description

Apiterapia Monterrey offers apitherapy services (apitoxin injection and direct sting), body alignment, and Emotional Biodecoding (TEE), provided by Honorio Carillo Azuara, a member of the Mexican Society of Apitherapy A.C.

3. Nature of treatment and medical disclaimer

Apitherapy is a complementary natural therapy and does not replace the diagnosis, treatment, or follow-up of a licensed physician. We do not guarantee specific results: individual response to therapy varies. If you have a diagnosed medical condition, consult your treating physician before starting apitherapy.

Bee venom can cause allergic reactions, including severe reactions (anaphylaxis) in sensitive individuals. A sensitivity evaluation and test is performed before your first session; even so, no medical or therapeutic procedure is free of risk.

4. Informed consent

By booking and receiving a session, you confirm that you have been informed about the nature of the treatment, its expected benefits, and its risks (including the risk of allergic reaction), and that you voluntarily consent to undergo it.

5. Appointments and cancellations

Appointments are booked via WhatsApp at (81) 8225-9813. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the slot to another patient.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, images, logos, and design) is the property of Apiterapia Monterrey or used with corresponding authorization. Reproduction, in whole or in part, is not permitted without prior written authorization.

7. Limitation of liability

Apiterapia Monterrey will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this website. Liability regarding therapy services is governed by section 3 (nature of treatment) and applicable health regulations.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time; changes take effect upon publication on this page. We recommend reviewing them periodically.
